On the animation side of things, I saw MANY errors, but they were little ones, like parenting problems. I really like how you put the Zombie in the spawner, and had him tilted like in MC. Everyone normally misses it and I love details like that. 1+

Thats pretty- no, its more than good for a first!

 

little tip:

when the scout attacked the skeleton, the zombie stayed in place until he killed him.

next time you should make the other mobs or entities in the scene move and not stay still until they become relevant to the plot.
