HARLEM SHAKE Minecraft Version. Many people have done this so I thought I would give it a go myself.

One of several trailers. I decided to have different themes or each one. Humor, Infection, Rebels, etc.
 
This one is non-canon and really has nothing to do with anything. However, I do end up driving a bus off my roof in Stevepocalypse. Stay tuned!

Just get a random winRAR file and put the sound in there
it will stay in both folder and winRAR
then you will see Explode.ogg
rename it to Explode.wmm
 
(Please note that I did not type Explode.ogg for TNT)

You can also make the fingers bend by "finger #1 or #2" and choose left arm and the bend!
 
What's to come next:

In the Project Properties (right hand side of the screen), A tab should be labeled "Background". Open it, and there should be something called Terrain. Under that there should be a pic that has all the terrain types, click on the one you want and the ground will change automatically!

So you want a built-in image editor for editing items? Why not just use one of the many free ones out there like Paint.Net, Gimp etc.? Skie has a nice tutorial on that.
And a mob designer is planned, which can also be used to create new blocks obviously.

You could always rotate the body part 180 degrees.

Follow this tutorial to do it without having some weird things like your legs go through the armor etc :
