Added a rough version of the Water element! I've gotten almost all sprites done (for the player,) with the help of @Roosara, with the exception of walking. Though I have done the walking animation for all current elements, which are ... none, fire and water. I've changed my idea of the Waters special being a 3 way thing like Greninja's recovery in Smash 4, to just a shot that propels you upwards. Gonna fix a few of these things in the morning!
