The only thing added since the W.I.P. Topic was uploaded is a bit of resiing on the boots and a simple helmet (Looks better without helmet)

Ok  

First render it by the normal button and then use the following settings:
Video size: HDV720 (1280x720)
Video quality: Best
Framrate: 60 or higher
Format: Movie
Include audio
unInclude hidden objects
Include High quality rendering
and then ('Save')
when done:
1- try opening it using a good video playing program
example: the windows recomended program
or real player
just a good once...
2- when the video plays it might lag up a little bit at the first time so ignore it just reload it...
If that didn't work then your pc's ram or cpu or graphic card isn't so good
