One thing that bothers me about people who scream "police brutality" at cops is that they know full well that certain actions will make a cop take action against you; whether physical or verbal, and whether that cop is right or wrong in taking that action... And then they do those things anyways. I feel like it's less a matter of the cops needing to calm down, and more of a matter of people needing to learn self-control. Not to say that the cops are never in the wrong, but people seem to have this mentality where they think: "No one can tell me what to do", and then when they do something they shouldn't, and the cops get on their backs for it, they act like children throwing tantrums over their parents telling them no; or disciplining them for doing what they said not to do.
