  1. 1) How do I change the block type? When I click "change" I can only search within the "special block" list of blocks. 2) I've tried the depth thing. Changed it up and down with the slider. I have managed to fix the entities not appearing (spawned things within Mine imator) not sure how, but right now no object is dissapearing when looking at it throught glass panes, but glass pane throught glass pane is still showing some glitches: It is weird that only those panes above are not showing. And I just noticed that if I move up and down they appear and dissapear Those are all part of the same schematic. 3) I cannot find "viewport size" option.
  2. Great news. I had this feeling were David would surprise us at halloween night. I have managed to load a 1.0.0 demo5 project, everything seems to look good except: 1) For some bizarre reason doors are now replaced with boats, and I can't find the "door" type in special blocks. Where are the doors at? 2) AGAIN the transparent glasses are glitching stuff out randomly. I've loaded a schematic of a house which uses coloured glass panes, and some look good, other don't reflect what's behind them, some make stuff dissapear like a chair, or whatever. It's still very messy. I was expect transparent glasses to be fully fixed with this release. Unfortuantely it seems im stuck in a situation where I can't render some of my animations because of this.. Also, I can't move the camera while rendering mode is enabled. Rendering mode in real time was useful to place lights and get good shadow placement in real time. I hope you haven't got rid of real time rendering for some reason.

    Anyone has a skin layout/template that shows where every single part goes in 1.0.0 format? something like this: But for the Mine-imator program (it seems it changes the format when load a skin into a 64x64 file with legs at the bottom.. I don't get how this works so I keep drawing on the wrong places.
  6. Yep, the problem is if you want to copy paste the keyframes into another character. Then you are screwed.

  9. Trying to click on the values is annoying. I always mistakingly move the angle. Not always but it's common to miss on 1 pixel and the angle moves. And there's no button that will copy a particular angle (from x, y or z) it copies the entire thing (x y z at once)
  10. A button where you click and you get for example, the Z value of an angle in the clipboard so you can paste this particular value in other places and in other projects. Trying to click on the value to do this is hell because if while you click on the value, you move 1 pixel the mouse, the value will change, and since there is no undo redo, you have to copy the value first and paste it in case it goes wrong when trying to click on it.
  11. Yes, the problem is if you like to build scenarios with mine imator to build "off the grid", using surfaces etc.. you couldn't use those scenarios.
  12. I have no idea about this. Any tutorials on the method? I want to basically change the texture of the character and it seems there's no way to do this, so im forced to create a new character but I can't even re-use keyframes so its a big waste of time.
  13. Oh so it's actual gameplay. But there are tons of people there. So he gathered all those friends to do the movie I guess. How did the camera shots tho? there are aerials too. Flying in creative mode with hud off?
  14. It looksl ike the real game, almost as if he was playing and recording it.
  15. It's absolutely frustrating having to do the walking cycle from scratch every time you spawn a new character (a normal walking cycle is reusable in any human looking character). Isn't really any way to copy the keyframes from one character to another? Duplicating it doesn't work.
  16. Mine imator crashes when I try to load a .zip resource pack, it only seems to work when I use a sheet .png texture, the thing is I cannot find texture packs in this format.

  18. I have installed k-lite but x264 wouldnt show on mine imator. How do I make it to show up?
  19. I have downloaded the latest binaries here http://download.videolan.org/pub/x264/binaries/win64/ And nothing happens, i get a cmd window that closes fast. I opened a cmd window to see what the program says and it's not an installer, it's just an actual program that works with cvars. Also I tried with the Lagarith codec and after 6 hours I got an error and "This application has requested the runtime" Now im scared to give it another go and waste another 6 hours because it randomly crashes half the way through.
  20. It would be cool if the next version allows h264. I think it's way faster. Im rendering everything at high/very high because insane crashes the program, shadow detail at 64, and I render all my videos at 720p 30fps.
  21. Im testing out codecs and xVid takes about 10 hours to render 5 minutes of animation in high quality. I want to test h264 to see if it's any faster since both are similar in video quality, but I can't find h264 in the codec list. Also it wouldn't let me save as .mp4, only .avi. h264 is definitely there because my card is pretty new and it has inbuilt 264, it shows up in other programs like Bandicam, I dont get why it doesnt show up in MineImator. How to save in .mp4 anyway?
