nah but it's work with all editing programs with layers.

Very easy way: Change water color to green. Render picture. Edit picture. Overlay picture with green color. Rotate the image. Move the image closer to the top. Add some effects. Enjoy your work.

I'm also once tried to make realistic fire with basic sheet. I'm suck with particles, so big congratulations, master.
