@abdullah1579 the definition of war "a state of armed conflict between different nations or states or different groups within a nation or state." Now tell me, does that change?

Well, no, but does the definition of any word change?
"War never changes" makes as much sense as "Eating never changes", and it's both silly and pointless to say. But it does make sense if the person saying "War never changes" is talking about how the war is done. And that's my point.
