Needs Improvement, But It is way better then your last one, you are starting to become a good rigger, my friend, Maybe make the eyebrows more large in height and change the eyebrow colour to the hair colour so it matches and try to make the mouth more smooth

Anyway Great Job! You did a way better Job!
