Mine-imator was originally intended to be a character animator on a green background. Frossa could then easily greenscreen it on top of actual footage.

The original idea could be Zane, I say could as as there might've been someone else before, but certainly yes, it looks like a way to get rep. However, I say Zane's is quite useful.  To be honest if this is the case, he should just make status updates every couple of hours instead of a new topic.

 

This is the second I've seen, were there more? Everyone seems like an exaggeration.

A good idea is to check the previous pages (3 behind) to see if it's done before. If you don't see any topics of the same idea, then it'd be safe to make a new one.
