I'll be the enemy.  In this instance, I'll make a separate character for ya.

 

Name: Joviah

Backstory: He's a lunatic.  Psychopath, sociopath, whatever.  He doesn't value human life and he is insane; but he is clever.

Powers: Sending goons.  And by goons I mean lesser villains.  Also skilled in hand-to-hand combat.

Also, if you need, he could lead the organization.  He might even have a bad time trying to determine right from wrong.  I;ll make the skin and post it if you're interested.
