Problems with opening

Good evening everyone (for me it's 22:38), today I downloaded the ".zip" folder of the ModelBench program, after extracting the entire folder, I tried to open the program but Windows says it was not installed and that it could be a virus, I do not know if maybe (You Developer) you can create an installer file so you can open the program. there IS an installer, be sure you got it from https://www.mineimator.com/ and not from some random site

But I mean ModelBench... I downloaded it from this forum...
