controls problems

Hi! I'm new on mine-imator, but I quickly discovered that there is something wrong. I looked at the control settings in the program, and tried all of them. However, the only control that works is space! This problem is really bad, because it's almost impossible to get any looks on what I'm creating. the only thing to move the view is my mouse. Is there any way to fix it?

actually, it didn't work, so I tried reinstalling and it worked. Weird, but I guess problem solved.
