Shadows jump randomly

Sometimes i notice how shadows/SSAO does a jump and change position a bit, it seems to be at totally random times. Im not talking about the (also annoying) jump from changing from instant camera position into another with "follow camera" enabled, im talking about just the shadows and ssao doing a subtle but noticeable jump for some reason. I will try to capture this but it happens randomly so I dont have any clips right now.

SSAO is Screen Space ambient occlusion. It only affects things on screen and it won't be accurate if some things aren't visible on the camera. This is why sometimes i don't use SSAO. It's also a similar problem to screen space reflections in videogames which reflect only things that are on screen.
