Instructions:

To change faces, go into the head object, which can be found inside the body. Open it up, and you will find lots of different faces, to change their visibility, go into the keyframe properties and open up the keyframe folder. Then either tick or untick the box labelled "visible".

To change skin, go into the library select "human", go down to textures and then click change. You then need to select a minecraft compatible skin.
