Skin Creation help

What I'm trying to do now is to add something that will resemble a scarf onto my skin.

And, after about 24 times of trying, I failed miserably.

Anyone here who can give me tips on adding something like that?

reason that i asked is to avoid conflict like "omfg u noob u copied my skin im reporting you"

Take a scarf from a skin and put it on your and edit it to your liking.

Just recolour the white and gray area to whatever you want.

you're worried people will be mad at you for taking their scarf? that's hilarious cause if that logic was put for every skin then kids will be yelling at each other saying "YOU STOLE MY SKIN!" "NO, YOU STOLE MY SKIN!". so yeah i wouldn't worry about it

unless it is an original skin you've made for you and only you, then, maybe the things would get difficult, but since there's too many public skins, i agree with you, nobody should yell at eachother by that
