How to make it so it went as Administrator. And I have Windows 10 but in WinRAR me it is run

I don't quite understand.

To run it as administrator,

right-click on Mine-imator and select "Run as administrator"

It does not work but when I looked into the log sheet so I found this

Don't install Mine-imator to your desktop!

Put it in C:\Users\Tomáš\

or C:\
