Well, haven't made a rig for a while.

So I made this rig for @DareDevilGirl11 and with her permission, I decided to release it!

So here,

oh and BTW it has an option for Pupils.

All rig features:

Eye Close

Pupils (Glow in Dark) (Optional)

Fingers

3D Hair

Wings
