Concept is good, posing is ok, Lighting however needs some work.

Here's a tip:

Zombies, right? That means it must be rather late in the afternoon or early in the morning. (Or just the middle of the night.) Point is, you could've darkened the scene down and used the torches to provide some dynamic lighting and shadows.

Either way, it's not too bad.

My advice would be to just experiment. Get a feel for the program. Test everything.

If you can't figure it out, then try finding some tutorials.

Looks pretty good, my advice for this would be make it night and light up the torches.
