Wich version are you trying to install? Or maybe be sure you download it from the official website, sometimes that's the problem.

Yes, made a change in the site code.
It works perfectly for me, so it's hard to tell what's wrong. The only way to fix it is to make small changes until it works for you.

You will all be glad to know (I know I am) that I got it working, I don't know what was wrong with it, I just came back to the website one time and tried downloading it. To my surprise, it worked!
