.mpg Files Not Working

I really like Mine-imator but it's a problem that the files export as .mpg. I can't open them with anything with out getting some laggy screenshot of frame 15.

I suggest in a future update you change it to .mp4.

It will help the world out.

 

Does anybody else have problems with .mpg?

Type "<filename>.mp4" to make the program export as MP4.

I used that but its was still an mpg.

Yeah, .mpg files are better than .avi's only by a margin. At least they can be edited, but I still export them to .mp4's in After Effects.

I may have to try exporting try exporting to .mp4 directly from MI.

use vlc to view it or compress it and convert to mp4
