Exporting To Movie File

For some reason anytime I try to export to movie file the video lags a lot! How do i fix it? Please help.

Convert it using handbrake
 

OR

When you go to the name the file and export it add an extension at the end
(.mp4  .mov   .avi   .mkv   .wmv)

any of those (preferably .mp4)

You discovered that you could convert a file to MP3 in M-I. And I tried to do it with MP4 and it worked, so let's say that both of us discovered it during the call that weekend.

I guess so then
