How do I import keyframes?

I've recently got the new 1.0.0 full release, but I cannot seem for the life of me find the "Import Keyframe" button. I've looked up down and center through the program to find it and for the life of me I cant. You can save a set of keyframes as a .keyframe file but you cannot import?

Bottom Left, you need to select the timeline of a object in order to select the option.

No I mean using the "KEYFRAME" filetype and using that to import keyframes I saved. All there is the "Create Walking Animation" and "Create Run Animation" keyframes and not a "Import from File" option.
