2 suggestions for the Chat Room

This is not the first time that someone suggested this. Idk where's the first one.

Why not add "User is typing..." thing on the Chat Room just like in Skype or everyone hatest, Facebook PMs.

2nd one is to bring back the text formats in the Chat Room so that users can easily click the Bold, Italic, Underline, and Strikethrough buttons again instead of adding brackets. But not Music.

Sounds like a bad idea? Well crap. I tried.

First one would be annoying when the chat start getting spammed. Maybe an option to enable it, with it being disabled by default?

Second one, good idea. Can't see any obvious flaws with it.
