Well I cant really explain it that way, but I'll try something different

The lights seem to be a little to noticeable making the background look like THERE IS THIS ONE HUGE YELLOW LIGHT COMING FROM NOWHERE,

I recommend doing environment lighting in which the colors that surround the general area of your scenery should impact the lighting on props, buildings, and entities.

There are lamp posts there that isn't in the shot but the shadow can be seen
