Better Character Rotation Point

this isn't much, but i made this public because of this topic 

basically very basic and no real changes, but a different rotation point :\ It makes doing flips easier

You can align the rotation point of a character's pelvis by lowering both the legs and body by 12 units. This makes flips easier to do, but it may break some rigs so be careful.

You can still do the 0.7 Strategy for 1.0

Thank you so much ! you made my jumping and others a lot easier since when I jump I always like adding realistic movement and well this make getting hit by a car a lot easier !
