Add an option in all bloc and circle... to can move with the wind

This option can really helpful for hair or cape...

that would be an awesome feature but we will have to wait because dave announced last week that he is upgrading from game maker to c++

so we have to wait but overall it is an pretty good idea

C++ Has alot of more features. (gamemaker is great for 2D projects, but not really anything else...)

Game Maker is a program which helps people develop games, whilst C++ is coding language, and (I don't think) has any limits to what you can create.
