Profile Adding Files to Profile?

I was looking at my profile to do something and there was something like

• Profile Feed
• Likes
• Friends
• Topics
• Posts
• Blog
• Gallery
• Files

SOOOOOoooooo....How does one add a profile or gallery or "blog"

 

I never see a button that said "Add Gallery" or "Add File" so this is why I asked

Those are disabled features as they were deemed useless/only useful for the administrator.

 

• Nobody would think of making a blog here except David mainly because the blog is reserved for actual stuff relevant to the website. If people wanted to make a blog, use blogger or something.
• Gallery adds files (images) to the website. This takes up bandwidth which also raises the cost of running the website. That would be a pain.
• Files is for the same reason disabled.
