It's a bit off, but otherwise not bad. This is how I started hand-drawing minecraft characters, and got a lot better over time. Keep at it.

 

If I may suggest something, I would recommend making the face more realistic. Use a line for a mouth, more rig-y eyes, no nose, and 3D hair (Use little triangles).
