As you guys saw my own character rig wasn't that good if you want to help me on it like make it cool but easy to use then feel free to help.

It's because you are color blinded. Color blinded is a vision disorder.

Is there anyway that you could help me on the rig?

Well, first use an editing system, like paint.net or Pixlr.com 

Then you select your skin color using the color selector, open the block template (located in other > textures)  for mineimator, get a block and color it with the selected skin color.  Then you add the block you changed, rescale in, and change its texture with the block frame you edited.
