Im falling asleep right now...  Here are some things you can do to improve the quality of your animation

Increase tempo, like by alot, I usually use 10, but I recommend using 20.

get mineimator 1.0.0, use some transitions n stuff

Improve your movements

And also, look at the tips tricks and turtorials section here in the mineimator forums
