also you have to use an editing software to do that. 

Of course dude. We animators always use Video Editors to edit the video. Mine-Imator don't have a Sound Effect Tool in it(Well. Planned to).

But practice makes perfect and I know you're still practicing animating. Get better.

the easiest way is to use movie maker for the sounds really, you don't need to get like sony vegas or something.
