Maybe :

-Eyebrow should have the same color as the hair (and not be just dark-brown line).

-I see a nose... it's on steve skin but most of the time it's better to remove it.

-Maybe bigger eye... but in z axi, if you see what i mean.

 

But it's still a cool rig.
