How to show the scale ?! [Resolved]

Hello everyone i've a problem ! How to show the scale for change the shape of a cube. Because I don't like to just change the number in 

Scale > X : 1

             Y : 1

             Z : 1

Some answers please ?

 

EDIT : Simply my question is : change the scale of things in the 3d view ?

You can't currently, you have to do it in numbers. You could suggest it to be in the next update, though. Sounds like a good idea, too.
