Mine-imator 1.0.0 texture different in tree birch

I've seen pictures of Mine-Imator 1.0.0 of the "The Glorious David". 

and I noticed that the Birch Tree has a different texture (not equal to minecraft) 

you just have to differentiate:

also, in the test of Colors of Biome  , the color of the leaves of this tree is not displayed.

1. The texture is ripped from minecraft.jar, so it should be the same.

2. It's not in that program because the birch leaves color is the same in all biomes.
