scientifically *push glasses up* fire would win because it will evaporate the ice which the water will evaporate before it becomes a liquid and drown out the fire which is called vapor and even if the water get on the fire ice would have melted so its a liquid state not ice anymore that is my conclusion thank you. *everyone claps*
