Try these

  • Restarting program
  • Restarting computer
  • Re-installing program
  • Running as administrator (right click .exe->Run as administrator)
  • Running in compatibility mode (right click .exe->Properties->Compatibility tab->Compatibility mode)
  • Closing all other opened programs
