Codec Help: Compressing a big file

Hey, here's my problem. I have made a really big .mani file that is about 296KB big, 46 seconds long and has A LOT of keyframes. After I finished compressing it and attempted to play it, Windows Media Player then says "Windows Media Player encountered a problem while playing the file". The codec I use is Microsoft Video 1 and is the only compatible codec I use. I also tried using all three Avi recorders in the settings but I still get the error appearing. I would love some help.

Load it in a video editor software first. Don't ever play it in WMP since it causes lag and takes a while to load.

 

Also I use the Xfire codec, but you need the program itself for it to be used in mine-imator. So I'd recommend a recording software codec.

I recommend Camstudio Lossless Codec, I think you don't need the screen recorder itself to have the codec..
