Let me tell you a story. One day, a very bored Dispenser decided to see how much he sucks, and make his very first weapon rig. To see how much (nonexistent) skill he did or did not posses, he made said rig in 10 minutes or less. Let's just say the result... wasn't pretty. Features: It's a katana.
