  1. Yeah if hiding blocks farther from the camera is camera clipping
  2. Yeah, that's what I planning to do.
  3. Well I'm back. I'll release an advance post-production tutorial soon.

  4. fog doesn't cut it I tried that, doesn't really free up cpu.
  5. The idea for this is when you need to import a big map and mine-imator starts to slow down. So how about a option to limit render distance. How it should work is 100% distance will render the whole map. Then when you lower the distance, say 50%, half the map will only load. 1% would be the center of the map. However, maybe a height limit should be added as well.
  6. Actually, you can make apps with gamemaker. However, it's a bad idea in the first place because it would be very slow and touch control will be the worst.
  7. Ever since David release the source code for Mine-Imator, have anyone developed a plugin yet?
  8. Here is some random wallpaper I decided to make.
  9. lol, I didn't pay attention to that. Everyone is always looking for exploits to kill their own teammate anyway lol, I didn't pay attention to that. 10. This is my first wallpaper I made in Mine Imator. Can anyone tell me what I can improve on?
  11. I thought it would be neat if we can have a option to Draw Distance. I thought fog might do, but it showed no difference in the frame per second. I can animate in 60 fps if I import a small chunk of land (maybe round 9 chunks size in Minecraft), but import any bigger, then my fps starts to drop. So if we can have a option to render a selected amount chunk, I can animate a lot easier and more accurate. In the final render, it should be disable so you can see the whole chunk of land that you imported. This can be very useful if you want to import a big chunk of land and you don't have the best computer out there. Now this would not be a problem for me if I had a better computer, but I have to be stuck with this potato till I get my grades up so I can get a car and a job.
  12. he would only win once, there will be like few more winners. No, no, no, I use AE to color correct the footage and add motion blur to make it more realistic. You can just get the software yourself, even if you don't wanna pay for it (which i don't suggest if you have money to burn)
  13. was this before the official release of Mine Imator 1.0.0?
  14. Well, Dave would obviously be the host. Maybe he can create a website just for this event. It's not like you'll win anything besides pride. It would be up to Dave if he decides to do one or not.
  15. Well, it shouldn't really be called the "Saxxy Award" but it would be cool if every year, Mine-Imator users will compete to earn 1st place in each category. But we should really have our own version of the Saxxy Award.
  16. How do you fix this? I know if you increase the sun size (or destance, I don't remember what it is), it can be fixed, but the shadows act like its pixels. Anyone have a clean solution to this? http://postimg.org/image/mnzmt0z3r/
  17. I'm thought theres a way you can make blocks glow. Is there? Or do I have to use the light lamp provided in Mine Imator?
  18. its funny the new update has ambient occlusion now.
