So if you read or watched the Percy Jackson books and movie you should all know he has a pen that always appears in his pocket even after he throws it extremely far. His pen is able to transform into a sword if he uncaps it. I would like a capable pen and Riptide (Percy Jackson's sword). So when I try downloading Direct x it says "Setup could not download file. Please try later or check network connection." I tried to download it multiple time but that just keeps popping up. I can play minecraft with other people, I could go to YouTube and I could go search stuff on Google but the only problem I am having is this. This happens with skype too! Someone please help. I tried to look it up but it just wont help!

I got a windows 8.1 64 bit and I dont know what direct x to install! Can someone send me link!?!?!
