@zoocomicsx I swing by whenever I feel like it and search my name to see what people have been saying about me here. Though I do so increasingly rarely since it's mostly boring trash talk about how I suck at what I do, and I already have my comment sections if I wanna hear that. I'm also very seldom mentioned at all, which I'm fine with. Less posts to read through. But it does mean I come here even MORE rarely.
@Ninjabee_Redtricity Hey, when have I hinted at having depression? I will not confirm nor deny it, but I will say that the reason I'm abstaining from my YouTube channel right now is partly because of the YouTube channel itself. I had something of a neurotic collapse because I think my stuff is garbage and I need to improve faster than I can. And when I try to work on YouTube at all, it just gets worse. So it's kind of an annoying circle. As such, I'm just not doing YouTube until this stupid unproductiveness-condition has gone away. And then I'll see if I'll be able to make a comeback and repair that poor channel... Doing stuff like ending Monster School, because I hate that brainless show... As well as many of the viewers it attracts. I want viewers with interesting things to say, not ones posting one-word comments or remarking upon things that happened in a video like a child that feels inclined to retell events everyone just saw. Of course, like content like consumer, which is another reason I want to up the quality of my content. Because I want an audience that I can think of as a bunch of interesting people and not just pointless numbers.

On topic: that sounds like a good idea. I don't want to seem like a hater. I just think monster school is not very good. I think it's unoriginal. If you did something new and better, I think you could do something great. I always thought you didn't care about improving, and you were perfectly fine with the way you were, because you were popular (among 7 year olds). It's really great to see you caring about that stuff

Well, I don't control YouTube. It's a place where braindead, inoffensive entertainment thrives. So of course that Monster School garbage I put together as a thirteen-year old got massive popularity.
YouTube are evil people, get used to that. They only care about growing channels that are already huge, as long as they are uncontroversial and watered down, while they don't care the slightest about smaller channels regardless of quality. I've come across several channels with two digits on their subscriber count and yet much higher production value, intelligence and content quality than many huge youtubers.
Sure, I don't deserve my fame. But I'm not going to hold myself responsible for having it. And ESPECIALLY not decline it. You'd have to be a moron to do that. Instead I'm just gonna try to deserve it by improving. Instead of doing what many other big youtubers do and just keep doing the same stuff that the audience want to see until they are tired of it.
