In the early hours of the morning, at 4:23 AM, Me (Reyzon), Voxhel, and DRX were busy tidying up the kitchen. As we were cleaning the leftover dishes and storing the food leftovers, the rest of the household was sound asleep. All of a sudden, a strange and ear-piercingly loud high-pitched whimpering sound echoed through the nearest hallway. It was so sudden and unexpected that the three of us were startled. Without wasting any time, we rushed to the source of the noise and discovered Grit lying on the floor in a fetal position. Grit was visibly shaking and making a very quiet whining sound.

Reyzon: You good Grit? 

Voxhel: What did you see in the hall?

Grit: I~ sss sssss dere wa~ sss it wa~~ ssss? (Incoherent speech and whining)

 

Grit was still in her head. a nightmare... perhaps a state of sleepwalking?
I gently placed my hand on her head, petting her to try and bring her out of the distressing state. Eventually, my efforts WORKED as she slowly regained consciousness and woke up from the nightmare.

Grit: Oh... yeesh.

(Grit, slightly embarrassed, realizing the state she's in, lying on the floor with moist eyes.)

Grit: What happened? *scratches head*
