How do i change environment in timeline?

How do i change environment in timeline? i only can change it globally, i remember in previous version you could add environment or smth like that from workbench but now you can't?

I know how to do it now. It's a setting you have to enable.

Go to Edit>Preferences...

At "Program Mode" select Advanced, and done

use scenery here 

 

make 1st enviroment setting and add a scenery keyframe and then add a next keyframe and change the enviroment setting
