Hello. I was making a Minecraft animation. Everything worked well until I realized that the water in my scenery disappears behind the stained glass panes that ate also in the scenery. I looked the problem up on the internet, but it gave me something with the Render depth that wouldn't work at all because I can't edit individual blocks from the scenery. Can somebody tell me how can I fix that?

I wanted to animate a creeper but it seems that the model doesn't load when I click on the workbench. I tried to see if it happens to other models. The others are fine but seems like the creeper, chicken and salmon models won't load. I tried to re-install, even downgrade to 1.2.9 but the models still won't load. The same happened to some item models. Special block models are fine. Same is for the particles. If it's my computer or something, I'm sorry for sending this thinking it's a bug, but if it's a bug, please fix it.
