Can't open 1.2.9 projects after testing 2.0 Pre-realase

Hello,
I installed the pre-release 2.0 to test it. Unfortunately this version freezes from time to time on my pc when I change parameters like the position of an object, its opacity, or other fields. Maybe a graphics card problem.
So I uninstalled it and reinstalled version 1.2.9 but now none of my projects can be opened, even those that were never opened with 2.0
"This project was made using a newer version of Mine-imator..."
I get the same message when I try to open a backup.
I hope you can help me

My bad, my projects were made with MineImator 2.0 pre-release 1 
As the interface was the same, I confused
