Making a skeleton skin is going to be hard, since skin's don't support transparency. The body would have to be full sized, which kinda defeats the purpose of a skeleton.

Would look nice though, I imagine. Mojang should overhaul the skin system. u_u

On the other side, people would use 100% transparent skins for PvP and Griefing, and that would not be good.
