Main thing is:Idle Motion is good enough, but still looks kinda wierd. Movement on this video need to be smoother, when the character walks in, you can see that character makes so much lagging on his body. And then when He want to running towards enemy, It pretty slow, but the legs seems more faster than the force/Running speed. The legs of it looks very attached to the ground, but in this case it's a Running cycle, not Walk Cycle. When Human running, they are not walk fast, but jumping from one leg, to Another leg. Just like real life. And when The character take their sword, The hand/The Arm transition you are using is Toweng, I don't know how to call it but it's move back, then goes front and then take the sword. I recommend you to just simply using the Ease In, And Ease Out Transition. Hope it helpful.
