Great job, your animations get better every time. For the beginning video part of the camera rotating around the camera. I assume thats real minecraft footage. To get a really smooth camera and a great capture try the Camera Studio Mod. Its what I use to film my time lapses on my ski resort builds.

I need a tutorial for this rig!

It is simple, select a pupil and move its position in all directions except in depth. For the eyebrows, just rotate them and place them well. For the mouth, you can move it or even scale it (not the simple scaling, but the x, y and z scaling for like a talking animation).
