Spot light does not affect shadows, What to do to light dark spot?

You can see the face is darkened for some reason, even if I put a spotlight next to it, it has no effect? What should I do to fix this?

If you change the SSAO color to a lighter one, it will go away, but I'd like to keep shadows for the rest of the environment

Good idea, I had to brighten all my characters since its not just the face I realize but the whole skin. But hey it works
